David Barclay: Wood Carver & Painter Locally inspired relief wood carvings-hand painted & unique

Having been a custom builder for 40 years in Pennsylvania, I had always worked with my hands. I love to design, make furniture, and do wood carving, although I never had enough time to devote to my art. Now, however , inspired by my life in New Mexico, I can spend my time expressing my creativity and talents through art. I am enjoying creating and painting relief wood carvings with local, natural, and whimsical themes.
I am doing commissions as well as selling direct to the public through my studio/gallery here in Dixon, NM.
